Doctor in Biology, with nearly 25 years of experience in genetics, genomics, and molecular biology, I have led and coordinated numerous international projects from a \"One Health\" perspective, integrating human, animal, plant, and environmental health. In the academic field, I have coordinated master\'s and engineering programs, including curriculum design, personalized student mentoring, facilitation of academic committees, and the integration of innovative digital tools. I have contributed to large-scale scientific initiatives such as: PsyCoMed: studying the links between pollution and neuropsychiatric disorders in the Mediterranean Genome Tunisia: development of the Tunisian reference genome GetGenome: promoting equitable access to genomic technologies PHC-UTIQUE: prevention and management of insecticide resistance ERIDAN: assessment of antibiotic resistance dissemination risks in Tunisian effluents Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), I have coordinated over 10 projects funded by competitive programs (Horizon Europe, PHC-UTIQUE, PSF-IRD, CMCU), managed multidisciplinary teams, drafted and monitored grants, and developed policies in ethics, scientific integrity, and EDI.
