Contributions to the School and Applied Research: Review, analyze, compile data for needs assessment reports; benchmark and recommend courses and programs updates. Revamp all the programs ‘curriculums under my area.Academic and administrative Leadership in managing my area: Develop a collaborative work environment and manage the performance of course lecturers to maintain the academic standards and enhance the quality of teaching. Chair the working group related to the strategic objective: “Ensuring the quality of teaching” Offer a customized training to CPD ’course lecturers in collaboration with TLS (teaching and learning services) and introduce new technology and ensure that appropriate training opportunities are available to course lecturers. Offer successful courses and programs under my area; i.e. very few cancelations or merging courses, healthy registration number, etc. and improve the course evaluation ratings.Outreach within McGill community and external community: Collaborate with different units: P.A.C.E (The Program for the Advancement of Career Exploration), summer studies, ISET (Instructor Services and Educational technology), and CPD non-credit. Work closely with the ORHRI association and with different employers to ensure alignment with the industry needs. Connect with Client services and CATS (Career and Transition Service) and contribute to the career fair initiative working group. Contribute effectively to the marketing campaign by recommending outstanding students for testimonials and videos. Performance in teaching from the standpoints of both quality and quantity: Update and review curriculums and course design include recent articles, cases studies, videos, games, guest speakers and use of innovative andrologies and learning technologies such as: poll everywhere, turning point, myCourses, and Mind Tap. Design and teach three different courses in less than one year.
