Complete management of finance and accounting functions of the organizations. Preparation of quarterly financial reports for management and Board of Directors. Present financial reports at quarterly Audit and Finance committee meeting as well as Board meetings. Assist with the year-end audit by external accountants. Prepare quarterly Federal and Municipal government claims and project progress reports for funding partners. Review and manage Angel Group claims and reports. Manage the financial accounts and cash flow of the organization. Liaise with bank and government bodies as required. Prepare Annual budget and separate funding budgets for each project. Support the Organizational needs by providing administrative support to the Executive Director. Implement and manage payroll activities.
