I currently lead the Executive Recruiting for Devices & Services business with a team of tenured Principals, Sr. Recruiters and Researchers- Own and deliver a portfolio of cross-functional goals for senior leaders’ organizations - Lead challenging/ambiguous searches and work on most impactful senior recruiting problems - Serve as a trusted adviser to leaders/senior candidates; operate with complete independence and discretion - Previously led Executive Recruiting for Amazon China for all businesses and functions: AWS, Consumer & Ops, Devices & Services, Business/Corp Dev, Finance, Legal, Public Policy, and HR - Joined the Executive Recruiting team in 2010; executed searches across all businesses/functions, helped build up and train the team, developed and launched executive recruiting wiki with SOPs and templates - Delivered over 200+ senior leader searches globally since joining Amazon Amazon strives to be the world’s most customer-centric company, where customers can research and purchase anything they might want online or offline.
