As Vice President of the Chi Chapter of Sigma Alpha, a professional agricultural sorority, I support the President in the execution of her duties and step into leadership when she is unavailable. I am responsible for developing and overseeing the chapter’s professional programming, including securing professional speakers each semester, creating professional development events, and chairing the Professional Committee. I manage all appointed committees to ensure smooth operations, collaborate with others to enforce organizational accountability, and play a key role in policy development. Additionally, I ensure the timely completion and submission of the National Semester Report to the National Sorority Board. As a member of the Executive Committee, I contribute to strategic planning and the overall success of the chapter. This role allows me to strengthen my leadership, organization, and communication skills while promoting professional development within the sorority.
