I support both day-to-day maintenance and large-scale transformation projects as a strategist for business operations technology across the consolidated EverConnect family of brands which comprises just shy of a dozen individual companies. My work ranges from optimizing their current operational tech stack, strategizing on how to best use technology to support business goals, and leading change management projects to help brands scale and grow. My team of four supports my vertical’s program management office, internal employee tooling transformation projects, the quote-to-cash process, and the day-to-day maintenance for said tools. As the Head of Business Operations, I serve as both a product and deployment lead in the effort to consolidate and simplify operational processes and tech stacks and therefore enable scaling, reduce complexity, and lower operational expenses.
