About Maggie Honaker

Giving is one of my primary motivators, both in the workplace and in life. For 30 years, it has driven my success as an engineering leader and it has inspired service within my community. It\'s a matter of being fully invested in outcomes and giving 110% to improve the world around me. Some of my proudest accomplishments include:* delivering $25-50M capital portfolios of CPG projects that brought and sustained great products to market* developing and coordinating a variety of network initiatives in the areas of bulk materials safety and utilities cost savings targeting 20% ROI* creating an engineering-wide knowledge management document retention system from concept to execution, training over 200 engineers, and holding 6TB+ of data* recruiting and mentoring talent to improve department diversity by 800%* securing and managing $14M in federal and state pandemic resources that stabilized housing for more than vulnerable households and compensated local landlords by the same measure.I am at my best when I am leading teams, developing programs, and solving complex puzzles. I enjoy creating projects from concept through sustainment. I believe clear policy, collaborative procedures, and fair expectations are guardrails to success.And, I think capital management, budgets, and metrics are fun!
