ABOUT MAGGIE HIBERT
Experiencing what life has to offer is a journey, and I look forward to seeing where it takes me. My goal is to have my passion guide my career as I experience new challenges and success. Attending Dominican University of California, I received two Bachelor’s degrees: Bachelor of Fine Art and Art History. As an outgoing student, I worked in the Athletics Department, was a Residential Advisor, and traveled working for a non-profit over the summers. As I grew within the community and my education, my career started to take shape in creative marketing. In my career, I directed photoshoots, drove 15% revenue growth with new email initiatives, and spearheaded software trials to develop a stronger position in the eCommerce market. Before joining The Republic of Tea, I worked as a Marketing Associate at McEvoy Ranch. I successfully launched nine new products to market by coordinating the full product development lifecycle and managed all social media channels. Along this path, I discovered a new passion for creative project management. Outside of the office, you can find me somewhere on a mountain backpacking or bike riding, or at a nearby lake kayaking or reading. When indoors, I enjoy solving puzzles and planning new outdoor adventures. My most recent expedition was a two-week-long road trip visiting six National Parks. I’m now looking for a new career adventure that connects all of my strengths, passions, and creative style.
