I\'m a medical education leader with 20+ years of experience leading operations, accreditation, strategy, and innovation across academic medicine, ed-tech, and health professions education. My career spans UME, GME, CME, and pathways programming, and I\'ve guided institutions through large-scale change and technology adoption - all with a focus on advancing learner outcomes and strengthening institutional effectiveness.Across my career in K–20, healthcare, corporate, and nonprofit environments, I’ve designed, implemented, and scaled programs that improve performance, expand access, and create measurable educational and meaningful social impact. I’m known for building high-stakes partnerships, leading cross-functional teams, and developing solutions that are both innovative and operationally sound. The best feedback I’ve ever received? “Quite simply, she gets things done.”Currently, as Executive Director of Academic Success at OnlineMedEd (now Archer Medical), I oversee academic strategy and partner success for 70+ institutional partners, representing ~$2.9M in annual renewal revenue. I work closely with Product, Tech/Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align technology with educational outcomes and institutional goals, and I lead initiatives in curriculum integration, program development, faculty support, and outcomes measurement. Previously, as DIO and Director of Medical Education at Lehigh Valley Health Network, I led accreditation and operations for 29+ ACGME/CODA programs, 320+ residents and fellows, and 600+ faculty. I supported the launch and administration of a regional medical campus, chaired the Graduate Medical Education Committee, and oversaw institutional readiness, program evaluation, and educational continuous quality improvement. These experiences shaped my understanding of both the operational discipline and strategic vision required to support high-performing educational enterprises.I thrive in mission-driven environments where education, technology, and collaboration intersect - and where bold ideas, strong partnerships, and equitable design come together to drive meaningful, lasting impact for learners, institutions, and communities.
