About Maggie Vercoe
Senior leader with 25 years of experience leading account services, customer support, sales, marketing, and other functions for T2 Systems, North America’s largest provider of parking solutions. Started as an entry-level implementation specialist onboarding new customers to SaaS-enabled technology solutions and discovered a true passion for the customer experience, which created opportunities to help grow T2 Systems. Reporting to the President, I have served as the face of T2 to customers and the marketplace for the past 10 years, focusing on customer retention, organic customer growth, new customer acquisition through demand generation and brand building, serving as the voice of customer to drive product innovation, managing the strategic Customer Advisory Board, acting as liaison to industry partners and trade associations, and playing a strategic role leading internal, customer, and public relations communications for mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
