I am a Programme Manager at HSBC, with over 29 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. As a Change Management Practitioner, I lead a change programme developing a core component of the Finance on the Cloud data strategy, creating a finance data set that will be leveraged across all Finance, providing consistency, accuracy and removal of need for multiple reconciliation. Prior to this, I was a Programme Director, leading Oracle Fusion delivery across HSBC Group, and a Regional HR Transformation Programme Lead, managing the Asia-Pacific region.
