As the Program Manager for the Harbor Homes Recovery Corps, I am responsible for managing all facets of a new AmeriCorps Program; including fiscal management, communication with partner host sites, and employee relations with AmeriCorps members- In this role, I am also responsible for ensuring that members, host sites, and program staff are compliant with all rules and regulations of the program and of AmeriCorps- I continually recruit members to the program through grassroots recruiting at local job fairs, events, and through referrals by partner host sites- Additionally, I am responsible for monitoring the data provided by AmeriCorps members and compiling reports on the member activities that will then be presented to grant funders- I maintain trusting and strong relationships with host site supervisors, members, and community members by ensuring transparency in all communications and providing information in a timely and accurate manner.

I love being able to help those that I work with grow and develop new skills and find their passion.
