What I do: I provide Business Operations support for the Rowan Functional Teams. I help manage complex cross-team initiatives and projects ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and we are delivering on our commitments. I\'m never one to settle and I\'m constantly looking for ways to help Rowan serve our customers, improve how we run our business, and help our resources grow. Prior to my current role, I spent over 14 years in at Accenture consulting for Large National Payers and PBMs and also served as the Business Operations Lead for the West Region Health and Public Sector Business.Outside of work you can find me making pancakes on Saturday mornings with my husband and two daughters, exploring new breweries around Denver, and shouting the worth of people with Down syndrome.
