Formulation - All new and existing products across all Brands. In coordination with Product Marketers, NPD creates formulations that are consumer-focused including dietary supplements, cosmetics and OTCs. • Product Life Cycle Management - Track all new and existing products through the product life cycle to assess and continually reassess for potential improvements, cost savings, or other benefits. • Innovation - Review industry publications and work with current and new vendors to stay abreast of trending ingredients and delivery forms. • Cultivating Relationships - Strategically manage relationships with ingredient vendors and manufacturers who are key partners in the sourcing and production of products. • Ingredient Sourcing - In coordination with the Purchasing team, continually review strategic ingredients for quality of supply, availability, cost and other attributes. • Operational Support - Provide continuous guidance to manufacturing partners and internal teams to ensure production flows smoothly and products remain in inventory. • Document Control - Track relevant documentation for raw materials including specifications, allergen statements, non-GMO, pesticide, residual solvent statements, etc.
