About Maggie McDaniel

I am a strategic and creative PR and integrated marketing professional. In April 2019, I was recognized for my excellent work when I was selected as one of the top 40 Under 40 PR professionals in Georgia by PRSA Georgia. As a PR pro, I specialize in traditional public relations, corporate communications and crisis and reputation management. Through my diverse skillset, I have the ability to develop powerful and unique campaigns and narratives for clients across various industries, including travel and tourism, tech, real estate, consumer brands, banking and transportation. I drive team success by staying diligent, creative and collaborative. Beyond just leading projects, I’m committed to lifting up the people around me and mentoring team members to help them reach their full potential and deliver high-quality work. Outside of my job, I like to seek opportunities to enhance my community and state. In 2019, I participated in Georgia Forward\'s Young Gamechangers program. Throughout the program, I worked alongside 44 individuals from across Georgia to develop a plan to enhance Monroe/Walton County. My work on this project included intensive research on ways to bring new businesses and millennials to Monroe. Later that year, my classmates and I presented a detailed report to Monroe community leaders with recommendations to improve the area. I am also actively involved in Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). I currently serve as the treasurer for PRSA Georgia\'s executive committee and I\'m on the executive committee for the PRSA National travel and tourism section.
