Environment Volunteer with high proficiency in Pulaar du Nord, stationed in Saint Louis region, Senegal. Successfully executed a large USAID funded grant to establish a school garden, women\'s garden, install a solar powered water pump for affordable water access, and rehabilitate a classroom in disrepair bringing electricity to the village\'s Primary School for the first time. Co-pioneered an Environment Club for two years with partner teacher and school director focused on increasing environmental knowledge of 40 students between the ages of 9-12. Currently serving as a Peer Support Network member, helping volunteers navigate challenging situations in service and ensuring their mental well-being.
