As a full-cycle agency recruiter, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for available job opportunities provided by account managers. Specializes in recruitment for HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, Administration, Customer Service, Accounting and Finance, etc. Schedule management between account managers, candidates, consultants, and clients. Screening new candidate applications and in-network candidate profiles and set calls to identify most relevant, qualified, and interested candidates for specific requisitions. Gather and review documentation for employment applications, background check reports, drug screens, and other onboarding paperwork (I9s documents, employment agreements, related DocuSign forms, etc). Participate in job requisition meetings with clients to gather all necessary information about business needs, job details, ideal candidate profiles, recruitment timelines, and more. Cold and warm calling to job seekers, utilizing sales pitches to identify candidate goals, skills, and interests (20-50 / day). Perform reference checks on potential candidates during screening process. Write and edit candidate resumes and edit job descriptions for postings/listings. Provide verbal and written job offers, manage performance feedback, and terminate consultants as needed. Service 20-30 active employees/consultants, taking them to lunch or coffee for personalized relationship building and to identify opportunities for hiring needs. Organizes and/or attends career fairs, assessment centers or other events. Ensuring all recruiting activities comply with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate. Utilize MS Office Suite, ATS (applicant tracking systems), Salesforce CRM, Google Suite, LinkedIn, Indeed, DocuSign, and internal proprietary systems. Awards: “Rookie of the Year” (2022)
