About Maggie Goodman

I am an interior designer and design strategist who is passionate about creating sustainable built environments that fundamentally enhance human experience through thoughtful, purpose driven design. I enjoy working as part of a collaborative project team with a diverse group of designers, project managers, contractors, clients, and stakeholders, and to empower teams to design the most innovative, sustainable, and inclusive workspaces. In my project experience I have learned the value of partnership, clear communication, and active listening to build trust with colleagues and project team members and I truly believe this approach results in greater impact.In my role at Microsoft, I lead the design, programming and space planning on a wide range of project types, scale and complexity. From interiors projects as small as 1,400sf up to 2.5M sf campus environment\'s, core and shell design, landscapes, café and amenity spaces in locations across the globe. In addition I collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement to the global workplace design standards and participate in workplace research and pilots.
