ABOUT MAGGIE GARCIA

Maggie Garcia, ARM Assistant Vice President in Dallas. Ms. Garcia has been employed with Lincoln Property Company in 1993. During her tenure she has held the position of Business Manager and was promoted to Regional Property Manager in 2003. She has specialized in the management of distressed property acquisitions, due diligence and transitional take-overs, property repositioning, along with new construction and million dollar renovations. Her Affordable Housing experience includes low-income housing tax credit programs, Home, CDBG and project based section 8 programs. She is well versed in TDHCA state audits and is an expert in HUD MOR reviews/Reac Inspections. Maggie has won numerous sales awards, and was named Business Manger of the Year by Lincoln Property Company in 2002 and is also the recipient of LPC\'s most prestigious award, the “Gold Medallion” in 1998. Maggie holds the ARM designation through the institute of Real Estate Management and is currently a CPM candidate working toward obtaining the CPM designation. She also holds an RHP, which is a National Certification Program for Retirement Housing through American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.Specialties: All aspects of property management, to include conventional, new construction, and affordable property management.
