People Technology and HRIS leader with more than 12 years of experience implementing and optimizing HR systems that support scalable People operations and data-driven decision-making. My work sits at the intersection of HR operations, technology, and analytics. I specialize in HRIS implementations, system stabilization following go-live, workflow automation, and workforce reporting that helps leadership teams make better decisions. Throughout my career I have led major HR technology initiatives including migrating HRIS platforms, implementing onboarding and recruiting systems, and developing HR analytics frameworks.    Systems: UKG HRIS, ADP Lyric, Greenhouse ATS, ZendeskFull evaluation of Onboarding HRIS with immediate updates to make processes compliant. Created audits of all data keyed by our People Ops and Payroll teams to ensure that errors are caught. Created automated onboarding emails with unique qualifiers to relieve the People Ops team by 90% of spending time sending manual emails to each new hire.Impactful security audit of all user access to our UKG users in People Ops, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and People Technology; updated roles so users did not have access to data that they should not. Coach and train members of People Ops, People Tech, and Benefits on process improvements and streamlining business processes to enhance employee tasks and productivity. Implemented new termination process to train HRBPs to go directly into UKG to terminate employees and have the proper notifications and approvals sent to teams; resulting in eliminating several email and paper trails to protect employee’s confidential data. Member of the project team for a successful go live from Lever to Greenhouse ATS. Partner with Payroll to bring our global employees in-house to eliminate 3rd party payroll vendor. Project Manager for I-9 storage and retention in UKG’s Document Manager. Collaborate with Benefits team each year for ACA compliance and 1095 filing.Work with HRIS on creating interface files for our different vendors; directly from UKG or through SFTP. Assisted with implementation of ZenDesk for our People Ops team to eliminate email inboxes and run analytics on the different tickets that they get. Maintain our UKG_Support Slack channel, so employees can reach out to and have issues addressed immediately. Sensitive to employee retention and work with executive members to update access to systems. Key stakeholder on roadmap for the company by evaluating current and future HRIS and other technology tools.
