In this role, I am the sole person responsible for processing and creating all new job postings in our Applicant Tracking System, Avature. This includes gathering all necessary information from the hiring managers, ensuring all necessary approvals have been obtained, ensuring all requisition information is accurately input into the requisition (including job description, cost center, responsible parties for offer approvals, pay transparency, organizational code, office location, etc.), and assigning it to the appropriate Talent Acquisition professional. I consistently exceed expectations for the assigned SLA and KPI with a same-day turnaround.This role requires a great attention to detail - requisition integrity & compliance falls solely on my shoulders.
