Supply chain & Operations Strategy is not merely a career but my Ikigai - the confluence of my passion, mission, vocation and profession. In my current role, I lead the supply chain practice for the North America market focusing on 5 facets of my job: building the sales pipeline, developing the competency and talent pool, advisory consulting, nurturing and growing partnerships with product companies, and increasing mindshare through thought leadership by building frameworks, accelerators and publishing articles & whitepapers. As part of my consulting role, I advise C-suite executives on enterprise and M&A separation/divestiture strategies and work with their supply chain executives in building digital supply chain strategies, leveraging AI/ML for supply chain orchestration and efficiencies, sustainability and carbon footprint reduction, network optimization, operating model re-design, transformation roadmap, sourcing strategy etc. especially in highly complex and intense M&A environments I have led large engagements with significant positive results across various sectors, including consumer goods, life sciences, manufacturing, and automotive. I have developed a strong passion around identifying and applying AI related use cases in supply chain to enhance efficiency and enable network orchestration.
