Doing Post Po’s Responsibilities like Goods Receipts, Invoice Approvals, Accruals and Capitalization for Fixed Asset. Bidding will be processed for the quote requested from multiple vendors. Releasing of Purchase Record(PR) and Purchase Order (PO) for the quote provided Ordering the Quote Provided based on analysis Review Initiation of the Goods Receipt (GR), based on the updates from vendor. Assist accounting department with all purchasing related invoice issues (correcting problems and contacting suppliers as necessary for resolution).
