With a goal of bridging the skill gap between the Academia & Industry, I have been responsible for 2 critical programs Academic programs related to Data science & Computer Sc. Engg. Worked with over 100 Institutions across India, collaborating with them on various aspects like course curriculum design & development, Infrastructure setup & sponsor, organizing training for faculty & students on the industry trends. Program Manager for the above 2 programs with complete end to end responsibility which includes the legal agreement (MoU) draft design and execution, payments to external consultants running in crores, oversee infrastructure set up like lab, computer systems, video conference facility etc at some of the partner colleges. Also, attending the colleges\' board of studies meetings to discuss on curriculum and its industry relevance. Budget management. Have addressed over students on various topics and worked with over 500 faculty on various aspects like Industry 4.0, Digital Technologies etc. Have arranged over 50 training sessions for the faculty and over 100 training sessions for the students. Collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders like the Business teams understanding the business requirements, recruitment team during hiring process, legal team during drafting of MoU agreement, finance team during payment for consultants, Business HR team, marketing team for promoting the programs, internal edutech team for creating student friendly modules. Also managing the Internship process completely.
