I am the Founder and CEO of Hire With Jarvis, a global recruitment agency built for modern, outcome driven businesses.We help companies hire exceptional people. Fast. Properly. And for the long term.Early in my career, I joined SThree, where I launched and scaled their engineering and manufacturing division in the UK. As the business grew internationally, I later moved to New York City to help launch and build their US presence during a period of rapid global expansion that ultimately led to the company going public on the London Stock Exchange.Following that, I went on to found and scale the US arm of Frank Recruitment Group, building the business from the ground up and leading it through two successful private equity transactions. First with Livingbridge, and later with TPG Growth, before making my exit.Those experiences shaped how I think about hiring, growth, accountability, and execution at scale. They also taught me exactly what founders, executives, and hiring leaders expect from a recruitment partner when the pressure is on.Hire With Jarvis was built as a response to everything I saw done badly in recruitment.Slow processes.Poor candidate experiences.Recruiters acting like order takers.A lack of understanding of real client needs.Hiring without urgency, structure, or control.We do the opposite.We specialize in executive search, permanent, and contract recruitment across SaaS, technology, eCommerce, ERP, manufacturing, operations, sales, and leadership roles. We operate fully remote, are globally distributed, and are entirely focused on the US market.What sets us apart is not where we work from.
