Delivery of risk management services to banking operations in compliance with SCB Group Governance, Processes and Objectives. Undertaking day-to-day risk management activities including identification, prioritisation, register management, action planning and monitoring.• Perform operational deep dives on compliance-related processes and systems. Understand business processes, regulations and controls, work with partners to identify root cause of issues. First-line program level ownership for risk programs (e.g, risk appetite, risk assessment process, risk training, etc).• Maintain a strong understanding of bank operational related risk and control principles, process universe and regulatory expectations – embed governance processes to perform recurring gap analysis against those expectations, and drive remediation where necessary.• Use knowledge and experience to ensure identification and management of all significant risks to achievement of project objectives. Conduct analysis of resilience risks and controls and challenge the RCSA ratings of these risks and controls• Engage and liaise with internal stakeholder groups (Governance, Compliance, Operational Resilience, Property process like - Asset, Project Design, S&S and Facilities management, etc.) that have oversight of processes relevant to the banks OR approach which is to prevent, protect, respond, and adopt/learn from disruptive events.• Demonstrating the incident risk management and RCA, with the tools like Ishikawa Diagram, FMEA and SWOT Analysis etc. with appropriate risk rating like GRAM and CRAM.• Set up a monthly / quarterly review to identify new and emerging risks with the key business leaders and create an effective review cadence, also be part of key business and understand overall risk landscape.• Exposure to the property function from any regulatory, reputational, or material risks with endorsement from the Audits conducted by PEER, Governance review and Group Internal Audit (GIA)
