As the Director of Talent Acquisition at SEI, I lead with a servant leadership mindset, focused on empowering our teams and enabling others to thrive. My role centers on connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities across our U.S. locations, while ensuring our recruiting practices reflect the care, integrity, and excellence that define SEI.Since our founding in Cincinnati in 1992, SEI has grown to over 500 consultants nationwide, delivering impactful solutions across Data & Analytics, AI and Technology, Security, Risk & Compliance, Strategy & Operations, and Concept to Delivery. Within our Shared Services organization, I guide our talent acquisition efforts by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, inclusivity, and thoughtful engagement.I am committed to creating a candidate experience that is transparent, respectful, and human-centered, from the first conversation through onboarding. By championing collaboration and listening deeply to the needs of both candidates and hiring teams, I aim to build authentic connections that serve long-term success.Through close partnership with our national talent team, I help align our sourcing strategies with SEI’s mission, share knowledge across offices, and promote practices that uplift both our people and our business. I also lead the evaluation and integration of tools that enhance efficiency and elevate how we use data to inform decisions—ensuring our efforts are not just effective, but also values-driven.At the heart of my work is a belief that great recruiting isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about building trust, supporting growth, and creating an environment where people feel seen, heard, and inspired to contribute their best.

I’m the Director of Talent Acquisition at SEI, where I lead with a people-first mindset and a passion for building strong, strategic recruitment practices. I focus on aligning our hiring efforts with business goals, supporting an amazing team of recruiters, and creating a positive, seamless experience for every candidate who engages with us.I love blending innovation with empathy, leveraging new tools and data, while always keeping the human side of recruiting front and center. I\'m also a certified DISC facilitator, which helps me support teams and individuals in communicating more effectively and thriving in their work.At SEI, collaboration and trust are at the heart of what we do. It’s a place where we’re encouraged to grow, support one another, and build meaningful connections with each other and with our clients.Outside of work, I’m big on travel, quality time with family and friends, and keeping up with my three energetic terriers who definitely run the household!
