Develop insights to create sell stories for both item and programming pitches that benefit both Campari and the retailer category. Attend buyer business review and pitch meetings to share insights in support of brand and programming goals.• Market Research: Conduct research on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies to help shape go-to-market plans and product positioning utilizing syndicated data sources – Numerator, Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Spectra, etc.• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Channel & Customer Marketing (CCM), Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, National Accounts and Sales teams to translate analytics into actionable insights and selling stories. Summer of Spritz was the best performing end cap at Target in 2025 • Strategic Insights: Leverage consumer data and market research to deliver actionable insights that inform marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and new product opportunities. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Developed JBP (Joint Business Plan) reporting for Campari’s largest retail partners. Provide Analytics and Insights to Senior Leadership Teams in support for the Monthly Business Reviews for high priority Brands.• Developed ROI Plan for In-Store Investment (Display, POS, etc.): Understand full costs and benefits of Instore programs to ensure efficient allocation of resources
