Responsibilities:$Managing the smooth transition of the assignee (and family) to their new location, by being the single point of contact and provide ongoing support during the assignment, including extension/repatriation where appropriate$Ensuring local procedures of mobility and HR operations fit with Arup standards$Liaising with group leaders to advise them of policy options, costs, tax issues, etc.$Ensuring tax compliance for assignees ensuring adherence to the tax equalisation policy$Liasing with external providers, e.g. immigration advisors, shipping companies$Ensuring compliance for all employees relating to work permits and visa requirements$Administering all activities, including those performed by third party suppliers related to thetransfer process, the ongoing assignment and repatriation where appropriate$Carrying out the pre/post assignment briefings and orientation of the assignee$Providing continuing support to both managers and assignees throughout the assignment$Issuing cost projections and calculates assignment compensation$Managing the payments related to the assignment including payroll instructions$Updating systems and databases as appropriate providing data $Providing reports and analysis $Managing data for assignees (including outgoing STAs) flagging key events (localisation, etc.)$Participating in mobility related project work with the support and guidance of the mobilityteam
