Point of contact for Graduate D&I Initiatives at Pinsent Masons: Black Professionals Scotland, Able and Black Interns Summer Programmes, D&I-focused events, mentoring schemes and D&I sponsorships. I am also responsible for managing the delivery of our Vacation Placement & First Year Programmes by overseeing all aspects of the candidates’ journey from the application process, the placement itself, through to the Training Contract assessments. In 2019, I led on the delivery of Pinsent Masons\' Virtual Work Experience Programme which has won the \'Best HR Innovation Through Technology’ award at the People in Law Awards.
