In this role, I manage a $12 million project pipeline, including complex CLIN billing tracking, and regularly update actuals and projections. Additionally, I manage a $2.2 million grant portfolio, engage with stakeholders including businesses, governments, and NGOs, and handle consultant agreements and invoices. I also track client approval requests, support the startup of USAID projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo, and complete procurement for apartments, office space, and IT equipment. I review HR contracts for compliance with local labor laws, execute mobilization and onboarding for new staff, and lead capacity-building efforts. I’ve completed extensive Start-Up and Business Development Proposal Pricing training and attended the 9th International Conference on Research in Business, Management, and Economics in Berlin, Germany.
