Responsibilities: post-processing survey data to produce accurate 2D and 3D deliverables using Revit and AutoCAD. This includes creating detailed 3D models from point cloud data (ReCap) and generating survey drawings such as floor plans, sections, elevations, and roof plans using Leica Cyclone and TruView.I also carry out building surveys on site using laser scanning technology (RTC, P20, Riegl), GPS, and control targets, with experience in point cloud processing and basic registration. My work includes delivering reliable CAD/Revit outputs, occasional Land Registry–compliant plans, and supporting topographical and utility data workflows (N4CE, PAS128) alongside crack and concrete reports including site visits and office processing.In addition, I support team coordination by helping organise meetings and contributing to the day-to-day delivery of projects.

ABOUT MAGDA SLIWINSKA
I am a Senior Revit & CAD Technician with a background in surveying, spatial planning, and technical drafting, currently working at Survey Hub. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Physical Planning and Spatial Management) from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland, where my diploma thesis was recognised in an engineering competition in 2021.Over time, I have progressed into a senior role, taking on increased responsibility both technically and within the team. My work focuses on producing accurate CAD and Revit deliverables, including 3D models, floor plans, elevations, sections, and street elevations, as well as occasional Land Registry–compliant and lease plans, all supported by reliable site data.I am comfortable working independently on site, carrying out building surveys using RTC, P20, and Riegl scanners, as well as GPS and control targets to accurately position data. I also have experience working with point cloud data, including basic registration.My technical skills include AutoCAD, Revit, Recap, N4CE (topographical processing from scan data), and TrueView. More recently, I have developed an understanding of utility desktop reports in line with PAS128 (Type D and basic Type B).In my current role, I help organise and run team meetings for a group of 8–10 colleagues, supporting coordination and day-to-day project delivery.I take a consistent and conscientious approach to my work, aiming to deliver to a high standard and meet project requirements reliably. I am known for being dependable, adaptable, and willing to take on responsibility when needed, both independently and as part of a team.
