What I DoAs the Entrepreneur Experience Manager at ESO Ventures, I lead the operations and delivery of a yearlong, multi-city entrepreneurship program designed to support over 100 emerging entrepreneurs in launching and growing their businesses. I ensure every participant is set up for success through personalized support, seamless program logistics, and a consistently engaging learning experience.How I Do ItI manage the full lifecycle of the program—from onboarding and communications to account management and retention—using a human-centered, data-informed approach. I recruit, train, and lead a team of Entrepreneur Support Coordinators and have developed onboarding and training systems that scale with our growing cohorts. I use CRM tools to track engagement, ensure timely follow-ups, and deploy surveys and focus groups that inform continuous improvement and alignment with program outcomes.Why I Love What I DoI believe entrepreneurship is a powerful tool for economic mobility and self-determination—especially in communities that have historically been excluded from access to capital, networks, and business education.
