   Review Contractual Documents: I familiarize myself with the terms and conditions of agreements with agents for each country of origin for import containers. I note specific billing requirements, timelines, and payment structures with vendors and agents. Verify expenses agreed upon rates: Cross-check job cost sheets, agent invoices, and settlement statements. Intermodal, OFR, Drayage, Customs, Devanning, Door deliveries, and other rates. Reconcile Discrepancies: Communicate with agents or vendors to clarify any unclear terms or discrepancies in agreements or invoices. Timely & Accurate Import file closing: Billing income and expense postings, accruals for estimated expenses, and timely and accurate file closing in the system and reports. Customer Relations and Feedback: Maintain regular communication with Customer Service & Operations teams to address disputes and answer questions related to additional expenses. Validate Income Records: Verify that the income matches the services rendered and agreements with clients or agents. Monitor Unposted Transactions: Track pending expenses and follow up with vendors and Customer Service & Operations for updates. Breakdown component separating income, expenses, and any other contributing factors in the loss file. Identify gaps, unexpected costs, or revenue shortfalls that contributed to the loss to report to the management.
