As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I provide direct, one-on-one support to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental needs using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. I collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans that promote meaningful skill development in communication, daily living, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
