ABOUT MIGUEL ANGEL FERNANDEZ

Miguel Ángel Fernández is a young, bilingual, intelligent, articulate, hard-working, Cuban-American attorney. He has focused his legal practice in the area of real estate transactions for the last five years, helping thousands of clients buy, sell and invest in their homes and businesses.Miguel recently joined Judd Lofchie, LLM, P.C, as Senior Associate, where he continues to build his real estate law practice. Judd Lofchie, LLM, P.C. is a general practice law firm with over 30 years of experience handling diverse legal matters, including, including civil litigation, bankruptcy, family law, estate planning, corporate/LLC formation, and non-profit organization law. Prior to joining Judd Lofchie, LLM, P.C, he practiced for over 3 years with one of the largest Hispanic bilingual law firms in the Northwest suburbs and one of the most respected law firms in the Chicagoland area. Miguel graduated with honors from the University of Florida in with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School in 2003. Miguel also obtained his real estate broker’s license in Illinois in November 2015, and he is a practicing real estate broker with HomeSmart Connect in Arlington Heights, Illinois. His experiences as a real estate broker enable him to better communicate with brokers as an attorney and serve his clients. Miguel is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, the Realtor Association of the Fox Valley, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He is also active in his local church, and he recently joined the Knights of Columbus, the world’s foremost Catholic fraternal benefit society.
