Additionally, I onboard and supervise staff and volunteers utilizing my leadership and organizational skills to effectively meet the needs of both the program and its students. After two years in this role, what I value most is the opportunity to learn each student’s unique motivations and aspirations, and to serve as a guide as they navigate the complexities of higher education and the early stages of their careers; empowering them to turn their goals into reality.

ABOUT DOMINIQUE M.
I\'m a social worker and program manager focused on expanding educational equity and designing community-based learning experiences for students. With an MSW and experience supporting first-generation college students, I\'ve seen how early identity, belonging, and motivation shape long-term outcomes. This has led me toward work that blends academic curiosity, social-emotional development, and community partnership.I currently manage a university program centered on mentorship, resource navigation, and experiential learning. I\'m also completing a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management in order to strengthen my skills in program design, policy, and sustainable leadership.I\'m especially interested in whole-child learning models, early identity formation, and community-rooted programs that help children build confidence and curiosity.Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, coaching youth sports, and spending time with mi familia.Let\'s connect!
