Vision is powerful—but without the right structure, accountability, and follow-through, even the best ideas stall out. I work alongside founders and leadership teams as a Fractional Integrator and strategic Chief of Staff, helping turn vision into consistent, measurable execution. For companies running on—or working toward—EOS®, I bring the operational leadership needed to align teams, clarify priorities, and ensure the business moves forward with focus and traction. Through Visionary Partnerships, I partner closely with Visionaries to bridge the gap between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution. That includes driving Level 10 meetings, managing priorities and Rocks, reinforcing scorecards, and creating accountability across the leadership team. It also means stepping in as a true right hand—connecting the dots across people, processes, and communication so nothing important falls through the cracks. My background as a Practice Manager and Executive Assistant gives me a unique advantage: I understand the details at a deep level, but I don’t stay there. I elevate them. I bring structure to complexity, translate vision into action, and help teams operate more cohesively and efficiently. I’m known for being both steady and direct—someone who will ask the right questions, surface what’s not working, and help create a path forward. The goal isn’t just to keep things moving—it’s to ensure they’re moving in the right direction, with the right level of clarity and ownership across the team.
