With over a decade of hands-on experience in qualitative market research and a deep passion for all things tech and innovation, I lead Touchstone Research’s fieldwork and recruitment division as a Senior Research Manager, working alongside a powerhouse team of specialized project directors and research recruiters.I’m proud to be part of one of the industry’s most innovative market research firms, pioneering next-gen qual and quant methodologies, including AI-driven insights, UX research, and secure content testing. My work spans partnerships with top-tier brands in media, tech, gaming, CPG, and youth & family research, helping them uncover the human stories behind the data.At the heart of my role is a drive to improve and evolve our recruitment strategies, from survey programming to creative screening methods and rigorous quality assurance. We’re constantly exploring new ways to elevate the participant experience and deliver authentic, actionable insights. Whether it’s through digital transformation, Gen AI, or emerging technologies like VR/AR, I’m motivated by the fast-moving intersection of tech, media, and research.With a degree in Business Management and a Minor in Economics from Hofstra University\'s Zarb School of Business, I bring a dual lens of strategic thinking and people leadership. I thrive in nurturing talent, unlocking potential, and creating a collaborative, empowered team culture.Above all, I’m passionate about turning curiosity into clarity, and helping clients make bold, data-informed decisions with confidence.
