   Coordinate and oversee 3 graduation ceremonies • Plan and execute Grad Finale Event for graduating sophomores • Represent college at Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) events and train staff on state collaborative best practices • Coordinates, oversees, and/or performs all tasks that are necessary to achieve three successful registrations a year at all four campuses by maintaining validation screens and building beginning of term rules • Supervise 8 salaried staff and 2 temporary part-time employees • Performs all tasks for end-of-term processing, grades rolled to history, repeat processing calculating GPA’s and probation and suspension and notify students of academic status • Oversees the duties of evaluating transcripts, graduation evaluations, data entry, application processing, transcript transmittal, data reporting, enrollment certifications, drop/add processing, withdrawal processing, purchasing of supplies, office budget, grade changes, athletic eligibility and other Admission and Records duties • Communicates with faculty and adjunct faculty regarding grade reporting • Monitors reporting of grades from faculty, grade entry, and process grades to academic history • Responds to inquiries from students and prospective students by telephone, e-mail and in person • Manages departmental budget for Admissions and Records • Analyzes the effectiveness and success of departmental policies, programs and outcomes. Makes recommendations for needed changes to support the college mission and goals • Maintains admissions and records of non-credit programs and courses in accordance with state, federal, and institutional regulations • Verifies and notifies students of admission and academic eligibility • Develops program outcomes for the admissions and records functional area, monitors assessment of those outcomes and develops plans of action for improvement based on the assessment of those outcomes
