I love to be organized. The clutter and disorganization do not bode well with me or my tastes, so here are four quick things about me and my work: 1) In building my customer service experience, being a Sales Associate at Rumble Boxing has taught me valuable communication skills. This role has demonstrated the importance of retaining customer loyalty as well as bringing new prospective members in. I have demonstrated excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all client interactions. Worked with other Sales Associates to achieve a common goal of maintaining a positive, engaging presence in the studio, so that new and returning members feel at home in our Rumble family. 2) Being involved in the University Program Board Marketing Committee allowed me to gain more knowledge about the marketing field and the different marketing strategies that can be created. I worked alongside a team to brainstorm ideas, develop strategies, and craft engaging campaigns to promote our events. It\'s been an excellent opportunity to make a real impact, using my voice to connect with the student body. 3) Created the Foodie Cultural Club to connect people through the universal language of food and aim to educate and share foods from across different cultures and how they impact each culture socially, economically, and culturally. Fostering this club helped me unite different people and develop communication skills to share our knowledge with our club members. 4) Working in the business field is something that I aspire to do in the future because I have always had an interest in the business side of companies. It fascinates me how much a company will do to release one product. All the marketing campaigns, business planning, and the collective teamwork that goes into fueling the success of a business. I am an eager, fast learner, and willing to adapt to any situation.
