ABOUT MAEGAN BRIDWELL

Maegan represents clients in a wide variety of cases, including but not limited to cases involving automobile accidents, complex personal injuries, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, construction, and intellectual property. Maegan defends both corporate entities and individuals, and as part of her practice, she places a strong emphasis on maintaining a cohesive relationship with her clients based on trust, communication, and excellent customer service. Maegan believes there is no substitution for hard work, thorough preparation, and attention to detail, which are the fundamental pillars of her practice. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Maegan attended the University of Florida, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a minor in communications. She was actively involved in the Florida Business Leadership Society, both as a member and an officer of the organization, participating in many different community service events in Gainesville, Florida. Prior to attending the University of Florida, Maegan played college softball for Pasco-Hernando State College, where she was recognized as a two time Academic All-American. During her legal studies at Nova Southeastern University College of Law, Maegan served as an Articles Editor of the Nova Law Review. She was also a board member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and competed in the American Bar Association National Moot Court Competition in San Francisco, California, where her team competed against prestigious law schools to become regional champions, ultimately advancing to the national competition in Chicago, Illinois. Maegan ultimately joined Kubicki Draper as an attorney after serving as a Summer Associate with the firm during her law school career. Outside of the office, Maegan enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, watching baseball, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
