ABOUT LEVITAN

I graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management. I started my career in banking at Citi Bank as an investigator in government transactions and then went to work for the New York Bank for Business where I invested funds in CDs. I lived in Houston, TX, Tampa, FL, Dallas, TX, and Ambler, PA before, finally moving to Austin in 2002. After my last child left for college, I threw myself into real estate, and I have never looked back. Selling real estate allows me to work with so many people, including families and new homebuyers. I feel so grateful that I can help people in one of the biggest financial investments of their lives. I’m a fierce negotiator. I have lived the relocation experience many times, so I understand what my clients are going through. I’m personable and easy to work with. I pride myself in my organizational skills, how I interact with others, and how I go above and beyond for each client. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, a member of the Graduate Real Estate Institute, an Accredited Buyer Rep. My favorite part of my job is closing, and when the client is thrilled to be in their home. That moment means so much to me because I have helped them settle in to a new community. Outside of work, I’m passionate about volunteering. I’m a big believer in “Paying it Forward”. I have sat on the board of Shalom Austin for 6 years and am a current member of The Dell Society for Health and Women. While living outside of Texas, I co-chaired an event for The American Diabetes Association and was a volunteer for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. I have lived in Austin for the past 16 years. Along with my husband of thirty-three years, I am the proud mother of Allison, a graduate of Bryn Mawr College, and my son, Andrew, who recently graduated from Fordham University.
