Serves as a resource for Texas cities and towns to create, maintain or grow their sister cities programs. Expert in board and volunteer management, fund development and marketing, as well as developing organizational structures tailored to meet the needs of the specific city or town. Also provides a link to the national office notifying Texas programs of available resources, i.e. grants, webinars, toolkits, etc. to improve their local programs.
