Most founders don\'t need a full-time CFO. They need someone who\'s sat in the investor\'s seat, operated at the company level, and can translate between the two. That\'s what I built Maduka Financial to do. I work with early- and growth-stage founders as a fractional CFO and strategic operating partner. My clients typically fall into one of two buckets: they\'re raising capital and need their financial story buttoned up, or they\'re post-raise and need real financial and operational infrastructure — models, reporting, cash flow management, KPIs, board decks — without the overhead of a full-time hire. Before starting Maduka Financial, I spent 15+ years on every side of the table that matters in startup finance: investment banking at Houlihan Lokey (M&A, valuations, transaction advisory), growth equity at TPG, and operator roles as CFO/COO at venture-backed companies including Social Standards, Livit Media (acquired), and theAudience (acquired). That combination is why VCs refer their portfolio companies to me. I don\'t just build the model — I\'ve run the operations behind the numbers.
