I\'m an Auburn University Alumni, where I earned a degree in marketing from the Harbert College of Business and minored in sports communications. Growing up in Boston, I developed a deep-rooted passion for sports, which naturally led me to pursue a career in marketing and communications. After graduation, I joined USA Football, where I discovered a love for event planning. Experiencing the dedication and detail behind the scenes sparked a new passion and drive to build a career in event production.I now work as an Event Production Specialist for the National MS Society, supporting the Bike MS team in the Greater Carolinas. I’m proud to contribute to meaningful, mission-driven events that make an impact—combining my skills in logistics, communication, and teamwork to help deliver unforgettable experiences.

1. Associate, Centralized Support Team

   Support execution of 168+ Walk MS events nationwide through centralized operational, financial, and production coordination- Manage vendor invoice processing, expense tracking, monthly forecasting, and budget reconciliation in Workday and internal trackers- Maintain national Event Manuals in SharePoint, ensuring all contracts, maps, orders, and production documentation are centralized and audit-ready- Produce site layout, route, and hydration station maps to support event planning and safety standards- Coordinate national staffing logistics including background checks, staff apparel, travel, lodging, and labor vendor management- Oversee national ordering and fulfillment of participant t-shirts, signage, and centralized event supplies- Coordinate multi-site campaign shipping logistics, managing nationwide distribution of signage, wearables, and event materials across all Walk MS markets- Support large-scale event production needs including A/V, staging, sanitation, power, security, and medical services
