Hi, I am Madita Zeitz. I am an Associate HR Generalist with an international business background and experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR analytics within a global organization. Originally from Germany and currently based in Buffalo, NY, I work at Lactalis American Group, where I bring multiple years of experience in Talent Acquisition into my current HR role.My time in the U.S. has been shaped by a unique combination of academic, athletic, and professional experiences. As a former student-athlete and MBA graduate in International Business, I have developed a strong sense of discipline, collaboration, and ownership. In my professional work, I focus on end-to-end recruiting, company-wide onboarding and orientation, HR systems, and data-driven reporting to support hiring and workforce decisions.I enjoy working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments and collaborating closely with leadership and stakeholders. I am particularly interested in global organizations and roles that sit at the intersection of people, structure, and strategy.
