ABOUT MADITA BEST

I co-founded Theyo Labs in 2018 as a platform to distribute sustainable chocolate and promote mindful consumption. From the start, we used chocolate as a tool: As a means to rethink the status quo of global trade and to reflect on the big picture. This idea was accelerated during the pandemic when we had the chance to gather employees from all over the world in almost workshops and events to have a collective multisensory experience. Our team gained invaluable insights, based on which we developed new workshop formats for sustainable organizations - inside and out. Since the future is shaped and steered in large part by employees and leaders, they need powerful tools and momentum to make responsible decisions. Because only when people thrive, their organizations thrive, too. With the right tools, individuals can significantly enhance their own, others’ and our planet’s wellbeing.
