Working under contract as an educator within Lululemon Athletica. Attended two full days of training in Vaughan on company standards, policies, fabrics and overall experience elevators. Creating authentic connections with all guests and educating them on any product they inquire about; or recommending a better-suited product. Educating on product special features, fabric properties, usage and care instructions to help guests better understand and care for their investments. This role has also included the preparation of various garments for hemming and repairs, which includes measuring, marking and completing all required paperwork. Also, ensuring that all guests are leaving with the appropriate technical products for their desired sweaty pursuits through education and try-ons. On a daily basis, I am utilizing the POS system to process sales transactions, exchanges, returns and gift cards. Understanding and implementing the Lululemon quality promise for new and used garments at all times. Always keeping in mind to maintain a positive, and friction-free environment during any interaction. Also maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards at all times, and checking to make sure that the store is always presentable. Also attended online training for COVID-19 protocols and cleaning procedures in accordance with the ministry of health. Always ensuring that protocols are being following before, during and after shift. During lockdown; shifts include restocking inventory, picking batches for online orders, ship from store, as well as curbside pick ups for our guests.
