About Madison Steagall

Being a cast member at Walt Disney World offers a world of unique opportunities and interactions with diverse people from all over the globe and from all walks of life. Through this experience, I am able to continuously learn and develop professionally. Communication is a primary example since I frequently interact with guests and ensure their individual experience at the Parks is magical. From these moments, empathy is continually exercised since you learn about what people are celebrating, mourning, experiencing for their first time at the Parks, or beginning a new adventure in life. With communication and empathy, the world becomes a more welcoming and safe environment for people to feel comfortable expressing themselves and their uniqueness.I graduated from Grand Canyon University\'s Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Advertising. From this environment, I was able to experience a snippet of the industry of events as a member of the Canyon Activity Board (CAB). From this experience, I was able to learn leadership skills and aid in cultivating community on campus. Based on this opportunity, I hope to be involved in the events industry once again in the future. Exercising creativity and making an event that is enjoyable for attendees is a unique opportunity that is customizable to the wants and needs of the theme or according to the client. Offering people the opportunity to see their dreams come to life is my ultimate goal in my career, and I look forward to getting to that place in my career where I can do so; however, until then, I look forward to learning and growing as much as I am able with the opportunities I am given.
